At Keytrad, Panda, our project management tool, has been in place for 1-1/2 years now.
With Panda, you no longer need to juggle emails and Excel spreadsheets. All the data necessary for project management is centralized to allow you to gain in efficiency.
In just a few clicks, the project manager assigns a project to one or more translators/proofreaders and determines the role of each one. As a result, a different interface is applied depending on these roles.
You will find an interface for the project manager, one for the translator and one for managing/accounting.
Thanks to Panda, the project manager can download and publish files for translators/proofreaders. There is also a private note area (client log, etc.).
You can also benefit from a chat that is directly linked to the people involved in the project. This will facilitate all your communications :)
